• Schedules for the following month are released on the 22nd of each month.

    Pilates classes and private sessions are 50 mins each.

  • If you put yourself on the waitlist - plan to attend that class. You can be added from the waitlist up to 2 HOURS prior to the start of class.

    Ensure you have text notifications set up on MINDBODY - It is not the studio's responsibility to notify you.

    If you do not show up for class after being added from the waitlist- standard cancellation fees will be applied beginning July 1,2024.

    Reformer Late | $30

    Reformer No-Show | $40

    Barre Late | $20

    Barre No-Show | $25

    Privates: Full amount

  • Group Class Cancellations:

    Early Cancel: You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class -- the class will be credited to your MB account.

    Any cancellations outside of the 12 hour window will result in a late cancel fee:

    Reformer Late | $10 + class credit

    Reformer No-Show | $20 + class credit

    Barre Late | $10 + class credit

    Barre No-Show | $15 + class credit

    You have until 12 hours before appointment to cancel

    Late cancel fee is full amount of private

    3 month auto renew contract

    • Monthly recurring fee dependent on purchased package

    • Savings on all packages*

    • Each month on your purchase date your number of classes renews - Classes do not roll into the next month.

    Alternatively, you can purchase single classes or class packs.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    We require a 30-day notice for membership cancellation. If you’d like to cancel your following month’s membership, please send an email to studio22pilatesri@gmail.com

  • Grip Socks Required

    We are all about your safety and hygiene. Grip socks are required for all pilates classes. Upon entering, please remove your shoes. No worries if you forget! Grip socks can be purchased at the studio.

    Arrive Early

    Arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class starts. We recommend bringing a water, but we will have some to purchase in studio.

    I’ve never taken a reformer class before, where should I begin?

    We recommend all new students whom have never done reformer pilates to start with a beginner class. This class will break down the foundational poses and focus on form and alignment.

    Age Requirement:

    Parent/Guardian Signature for anyone under 18.

  • We have a shared private lot in front of the studio with limited parking. Alternatively, there is 1-2 hour street parking surrounding the studio.

    If you have any issues finding parking, please give us a call.

  • Drop-in & Class Packages: 12 Months from date of purchase

    Contracts: Each month on your purchase date your number of classes renews. Classes do not roll into the next month.

  • Many reformer exercises are simply mat Pilates exercises on a machine! The beauty of the reformer is that it can help either intensify or ease exercises- Each exercise can be adjusted to suit your abilities, allowing for progression or regression as needed.
