Studio 22 is a women owned and taught Pilates & Barre studio by the sea. We believe that mindful commitment to overall well-being, both physical and mental, can be found through the discipline of Pilates. Located in our beloved Gansett’ — our studio is a sanctuary for individuals seeking a safe, centering and holistic environment to enhance the mind-body connection & overall well-being.
With each session, you will experience improved posture, increased body awareness and strength, and enhanced flexibility — benefits that expand beyond the studio and into your everyday life.

Sarah Frechette
Founder & Co- Owner
Sarah is deeply committed to holistic living, prioritizing both physical and mental well-being. With over 10 years of combined yogic & pilates experience, she is excited to bring curated and bright flows to Studio 22.
Trained & certified in reformer and mat with a specialization in Pre & Post Natal, Sarah integrates various modalities to provide a comprehensive approach to full- body wellness. Her teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, alignment, muscle strengthening & breath awareness, creating a safe environment for students to explore their potential and deepen their practice.

ALEXSIA BELLINO
Founder & Co- Owner
Alexsia has always had a great passion for fitness and the mind-body connection. She has been a dancer for over 20 years and went on to become a professional performer in LA.
After experiencing a back injury, she found Pilates and fell in love instantly, finding it was the only thing that truly helped her pain and restored her alignment. In addition to her passion of healing the body, she is also passionate about holding a space for other women to feel strong, empowered & confident in their bodies. Alexsia is trained and certified in STOTT with a specialization in Pre & Post Natal.

Kelly Lamy
Barre Instructor
Kelly is a NASM certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s fitness (NASM-WFS).
Kelly’s enthusiasm for barre is extremely motivating. She always takes the time to plan her classes and music carefully, to offer an exceptional experience both mentally and physically. Kelly always offers modifications, but be prepared to shake!
She has worked locally and in Connecticut over the years and is very excited to share her passion for barre at our beautiful studio by the sea.

Madison Holland
Pilates Instructor
Madison grew up in a sports-loving family playing soccer, basketball, golf, volleyball and practicing yoga. She worked as a horticulturist and designer for 6 years before injuring her spine and making a career shift into the medical field. After years of struggling with Dysautonomia, she found that Pilates brought her back into alignment better than any other type of movement.
Madison is trained in Balanced Body Mat Pilates through Boston Body and will continue her reformer training at Studio 22. Her classes are infused with physiological information to help you better understand what happening in your body and why. She combines spiritual compassion with athletic tenacity to help you feel at home in your body.

Mary Osso
Barre Instructor
Mary has been active since early childhood. She spent many years playing soccer and running cross country and track. After college, she struggled to find the right fitness regimen to keep her engaged and consistent, until she discovered barre and yoga. After taking barre classes for about a year, her love of the classes drove her to pursue Pure Barre’s teacher training and continued teaching for several years in East Greenwich. She took a break to have her son and through the pandemic, but she’s excited to be bringing her joy and enthusiasm for exercise through movement to Studio 22.

Pilates Instructor
Alex is a dedicated movement enthusiast who believes that movement fuels the soul. STOTT-trained in both mat and reformer Pilates and also a yoga teacher, she emphasizes mindful alignment to help clients build strength, flexibility, and balance. With a deep appreciation for movement as a tool for both physical and mental well-being, she strives to create an empowering and supportive space for all. Alignment is at the heart of her teaching, guiding students toward greater body awareness and confidence. She is dedicated to helping others connect with their bodies through intentional and mindful movement.

Gabriella Biancone
Pilates Instructor
Gabriella believes Pilates should feel empowering, uplifting, and accessible to everyone. With a background in biology and STOTT Pilates training, she combines science and movement to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at home in their bodies.
Her classes focus on mindful movement, alignment, and breathwork—helping you move with confidence while supporting long-term strength and injury prevention. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in Pilates, Gabriella creates a welcoming space where you can challenge yourself, grow, and feel your best. Her goal is to help you move with ease, strength, and confidence—both in class and in everyday life.

Pilates Instructor
As a STOTT-trained instructor in both mat and reformer Pilates, Olivia emphasizes the importance of mindful breathing and the mind-body connection, empowering you to achieve balanced, effective movement. Her goal is to help her clients feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.
In the past, Olivia struggled to find a form of physical exercise that she truly enjoyed —until she discovered Pilates. It ignited a passion within her and became a transformative practice for both her physical and mental well-being. Now, Pilates is an integral part of her life, and she is enthusiastic about sharing her passion & guiding you on a journey toward strength, flexibility, and confidence.
